While there are no set entry requirements, employers may ask for GCSEs in English and maths, as well as a BTEC or equivalent vocational qualifications in health and social care.
Band 2 is the pay band for a physio assistant in the UK, but it is not a band in a musical sense.
A Therapy Assistant provides support to therapists before, during and after therapy sessions. They assist in department administration and operations, and engage in continuing education to further skills and knowledge in speech, occupational and physiotherapy.
